Key Objectives
​Local Investment - Prioritise partnerships with UK based SMEs, Social Enterprises and local suppliers to strengthen regional economies
Charitable Initiatives - Collaborate with local charities, community groups and sports teams to provide sponsorship opportunities and volunteer support.
Net Zero Commitment - Develop a clear roadmap to achieve net-zero carbon emissions inline with the UK Government targets.
Reducing Greenhouse Gas Emissions - Commit to measuring and reducing Greenhouse Gas emissions across all business operations including energy consumption, travel and supply chain activities.
Carbon Offsetting - Where reductions are not immediately feasible, invest in credible carbon offset programmes to counterbalance emissions.
Green Operations - Reduce our carbon footprint by adopting energy efficient technologies, minimising waste and encouraging recycling across all business activities. Hybrid working models are considered to minimise emissions. Implementation and Monitoring
Governance - The Social Value Policy will be overseen by the Corporate Responsibility Champion and overseen by Senior Management
Training and Awareness - Employees and stakeholders will receive regular training to ensure understanding and implementation of this policy.
Measuring Impact - We will monitor and report on our Social Value contributions annually.
Continuous Improvement - Feedback from employees, clients and community partners will inform ongoing improvements to our policy and practices.
Review and updates - This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it reflects current best practices
Communication - This policy will be made publicly available on our website and shared with employees, clients and other stakeholders.
